Adults take three (3) capsules each time, 2-3 times a day, before or after meals, with an 8 oz glass of water.

What does it do? In TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)
In this formula the most important ingredient is Atractylodes(Cang Shu) which is warm in nature and has a bitter, acrid taste. It regulates the spleen and eliminates dampness. Magnolia(Hou Po) has a warm character and bitter taste. It eliminates dampness and alleviates distention of the abdomen. Citrus(Chen Pi) is warm in character with a pungent taste, promoting the flow of vital Qi and acting as an expectorant. Magnolia(Hou Po) and Citrus(Chen Pi) both have a fragrant odor and strengthen the spleen. They regulate the Middle Jiao and enhance the effect of the other herbs in this formula. Glycyrrhiza(Gan Cao) is both a tonic and regulator. It acts as an adjuvant herb and a balancing agent.
This formula is primarily used to treat help stasis caused by coldness and dampness of the Middle Jiao. It is also effective in treating abdominal distension, eructation, acid regurgitation, poor appetite, vomiting, nausea, lethargy, watery stool, thick, white fur on the tongue, all kinds of gastrointestinal tract aliments caused by poor digestion, as well as growling of the stomach and diarrhea after meals.
