Directions
Adults take three (3) capsules each time, 2-3 times a day, before or after meals, with an 8 oz glass of water.

What does it do? In TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)
This formula strengthens the Zhong Qi(middle qi) and raises the Yang Qi within the body.
The Astragalus(Huang Qi) in this formula invigorates the lungs, promotes healthy skin and hair, strengthens the Zhong Qi(middle qi) and raises the Pure Yang within the body. Therefore, Astragalus(Huang Qi) is the main ingredient in this prescription. Codonopsis(Dang Shen) and Glycyrrhiza(Gan Cao) invigorate the spleen and strengthen the qi. Atractylodes(Bai Zhu) dispels dampness and strengthens the spleen. Cimicifuga(Sheng Ma) invigorates the function of the spleen. Bupleurum(Chai Hu) removes stagnancy of vital energy of the liver and restores the normal function of a depressed liver. Citrus(Chen Pi) promotes the smooth flow of qi and activates the spleen. Angelica(Dang Gui) enriches the blood and regulates the liver function. All of the above herbs help the Astragalus(Huang Qi) to raise Yang Qi within the body and strengthen Zhong Qi(middle qi).
This formula can be helpful of chronic, debilitating illnesses, weakness resulting from chronic illnesses marked by bleeding, exhaustion, poor appetite, spontaneous perspiration, dizziness, and poor sleeping, etc.
